TIEM’s pedal compatibility guide says the Slipstream works only with SPD cleats and pedals, including the SPD side of a dual-sided pedal. It does not accept LOOK Delta cleats. Confirm the exact pedal at your studio before ordering.
Peloton’s current replacement Bike and Bike+ pedal specification calls for Delta-compatible cleats. A stock Peloton pedal therefore does not accept the Slipstream’s SPD cleat, although an owner-installed pedal may differ.
How we chose
We looked for an established exact-ASIN product, clear manufacturer compatibility, indoor ventilation, and a recessed cleat assembly for studio walking. We did not assume that “universal” in a listing means every cleat fits.
Identify the pedal
Ask the studio for the exact pedal and cleat model. A two-bolt SPD mount and a three-bolt road mount use different hole patterns. Some shoes provide both, but the chosen cleat must still match the pedal.

Fit and cleat setup
Try the shoe with your normal cycling socks. The heel should remain stable and the toes should not hit the front. Install cleats with the hardware and torque specified by the cleat and shoe makers.

Walk carefully on hard floors, even with recessed cleats. Worn cleats can release unpredictably and should be replaced according to the pedal maker’s instructions.
