The Mega Motors page, for example, says universal mounting hardware is not included in one section but lists a bonus universal mounting bracket elsewhere. The exact shipment and selected variant should be confirmed in writing.
No kit passed a universal standard for frame approval, braking capacity, wheel and tire loads, road classification, emissions compliance, installation quality, and finished-system inspection. BikeBerry says its gasoline products are not EPA or CARB compliant for public-road use and are sold for closed-course competition.

The V2, SKU FH-BEK100-V2, uses a two-piece cylinder and head. BikeBerry also lists larger cooling fins, a built-in reed valve, speed carburetor, Yamaha-style CDI, magneto, 44-tooth sprocket, 415 chain, and 1.5-liter tank.
Those features distinguish it from the V1 and conventional 66/80cc layouts. They also create model-specific clearance, intake, ignition, exhaust, heat, and replacement-part questions. Do not assume a frame that accepts one engine package accepts this one.
